I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent high standard of workmanship 3D building services have completed on my home. No task has been too small and the attention to detail has been adhered to in high standard throughout. I would particularly like to comment on the high standard of customer service Paul offered throughout the projects on my borne. He made a point of ensuring I was happy with work completed at every stage, his employees worked with same ethos and always asked prior to finishing a task if I was satisfied with the work.
Paul’s frequent communication with myself ensured that any changes or problems were addressed. We all have ideas in our minds what a build will look like from the drawings, however when it actually is being build you can sometimes identify areas that need to be changed. Paul in these cases was more than accommodating. I had several builders quotes prior, however I was recommended Paul for his excellent work and his friendly professional attitude.
I would use 3d building service again and again and would recommend there first class service.

3D’s quality of work was excellent, they were happy to talk about work in progress so we knew what was going on, and in nine months they were always on site, never “somewhere else” and the pace never let up. Paul kept tight control over materials supply and sub contractors so there were few unforeseen problems and those that arose were soon sorted. We got on really well and the result is a beautiful house we are proud of.

I have used Paul Davies from 3D Builders for a number of building projects and repairs in the past few years. Paul built two extensions and a conservatory on my previous home and also totally refurbished the inside of the existing house. He has also repointed the side of my existing home and sealed it. His workmanship is always was of a high standard. I have always found him honest and easy to work with. He always returns on site if necessary, to repair any snags that appear after the build is finished.The only downside to Paul’s business would be that you have to wait to get things done but then this shows that he is a popular builder. This is why I would recommend Paul without any hesitation.
